EQOA Norrath's Timeless Heroes Winners!
To celebrate the 10th Anniversary of EverQuest, we hosted the "Norrath's Timeless Heroes" contest for EverQuest, EverQuest II, EverQuest Online Adventures and Legends of Norrath. Norrathians had this opportunity to show us why they deserved to be one of Norrath's Timeless Heroes!

| The Final Blow This is the story of Mynukesrbest. He is an omnipotent Sorcerer who faces the wrath of Cazic-Thule and Bertoxxulous with his guild and watches them fall. He has battled the gods of Marr and the Akessan and reaped the benefit of the task but it has never been enough. Mynukesrbest had a thirst to do what none before of his class had, writing his name in history. He chose to face Siliskor in single combat. His guildmate Negami attended to record the epic feat. |
The scenery to the far upper left is Gerntar's mines. To the right of that is Neriak, represented by volcanoes. Right of that is the endless tower below the Plain of Sky. Right of that are Forkwatch and Highpass under the setting sun. Further right are the swamplands and the temple of the god of fear, Cazic-Thule. Siliskor was driven to the grave but his taint still clings to the land. It will never be the same.

| The Biggest Little Man Shorte encompasses what a Dwarf should be. A very tough, stubborn man who drinks a lot of ale and cracks Elf jokes. He is far from your typical "healer." Shorte thrives on being able to take a beating while being able to heal as good as the best of ‘em. If you want a nice, clear image of Shorte doing what he does best, you'll never see one. Pictures of Shorte are more likely to be a blur of fireworks instead of a guy in a robe hiding behind a rock. Fights don't always go as planned. Sometimes your allies get caught out of position, sometimes your warriors need to move out of their protected area. |
Most healers can't risk putting themselves in harms way; Shorte however, is not "most healers." Shorte will run out onto the battlefield to keep the fighters healed. He's blessed to be tough enough to withstand a great amount of punishment and he uses that blessing to help keep his allies alive. So the only 'clear' image you will see of Shorte is like the one here... after the battle is over and Shorte and his allies have turned Norrath's most vile monsters into robes and a new pair of boots.
