**Experience Debt**
-All experience debt has been cleared, happy anniversary!
**Hagley's Boon**
-This potion was never intended for live servers, and is now set to be no
rent and give no experience bonus (though the buff will stay on your
character until it wears off or you are slain).
**Miscellaneous Changes**
-Some pickclaws in Highpass were disappearing prematurely. They should
no longer be running from the fight anymore.
-Natures Blessing, Nature's Wisdom, Minor Blessing, and Divine Wisdom scale
to level 60.
-Synder's Malevolent Mindset changed to a DD ability with a short snare
(previously was a DoT).
